The Capability Progression Model (CPM) is a framework designed to help
local power companies identify which capabilities are necessary to
operate the grid of the future. LPCs can use this document to self-assess their progress toward each of
the capabilities. The capabilities are organized into 4 stages of progression; Enabling, Planning and Assessing, Value Generating, and Enhancing, and then color-coded by the 5 different capability areas. To view the CPM in it's entirety, click here.
